My stay at Queen's Court Hotel & Residence had its ups and downs. The friendly staff were a highlight, always assisting with any requests. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with marks on the bedding that remained unchanged during my stay. I appreciated the spacious suites and location, but the air conditioning and some amenities were below standard. Overall, I would say it's closer to a 3-star experience than a 5-star one. 😕

I had an very nice stay at Queen's Court Hotel & Residence from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making me feel so welcomed. The room was spacious and clean, but there were some areas in the hotel that need a bit of attention, especially the spa area.
